Very functional and simple enough. There is no CD player, but once I figure the USB navigation out, that ought to be satisfactory. Will not dim and all of that light from it is a nuisance at times.

  2. Martha

It is very cheap, but it works. I’ve had no problems with FM or bluetooth, I have not tried the USB slot yet. Volume is pretty good with newer speakers.

  3. Christian

Radio is very nice. installation was a little trickey. once in…. it plays very nice , the blue tooth works well. looks nice and plays nice . i would buy this as a gift or for myself….

  4. Melissa

Replaced my older Alpine Stereo with this unit and am very happy with my choice. Bluetooth stays connected for calls and streaming plus it adds usb, sd and output jack for additional music choices.

  5. Brandon

It is awesome to have a radio in my car again and one that I can use to connect my phone and talk on. Especially since the cost didn’t break the bank!

  6. Roger

I was not disappointed with this product. Bluetooth works with my galaxy s5, flashdrive works too. My car is old and speakers are old but the sounds are good. I just hope this product will last long.

  7. Tiffany

It was very lite has great features pulls in great stations love blu tooth very little money for great radio nice graphics

  8. Roger

Great radio that didnt cost a fortune. Blue tooth connects very easy. Sounds good in my ford truck

  9. Roger

This system came in very handy for the car, it was nice to have around and I highly suggest it for the uses it was made for.

The original equipment radio in my ‘97 GM diesel needed a replacement and this XD107BT receiver was selected. I was a bit leery of being without a CD player and no AM, but it supports FM, SD, Bluetooth, and USB port. Weighing only 12.2oz, it doesn’t impress much but that’s the way technology has evolved. The dimensions are 7″Wide x 4.5″Deep x 1 7/8″Height with 20 watt x 4 output. The screen is a little dim in daylight. As for the working features, streaming music from an I-phone using Bluetooth worked the first time tried. It functions as a speakerphone to answer a call, the music stops and when the call is finished, the music picks up where it left off. An I-Pod plugged into the AUX-in worked fine. A SD card and plugged into stereo also worked well. The flash drive plugged into USB port is a good option too, but it will not charge your phone. The volume was impressive but, naturally, it uses your vehicle’s existing speakers. The remote control has loudness, equalizer, bass, and treble controls. The installation was not easy for me. I had to buy an adapter kit, which WalMart sells. It was well worth it to get it in the dash and working

  13. Amy

This is not a very loud radio but everything works as it’s supposed to it’s very easy to install and the price is fantastic

  14. Ann

Sometimes the Bluetooth freaks out and you have to reset the stereo, but other than that a great product.

  15. Virginia

Installation =Super easy! Quality =So far, so good! I’ll be purchasing several more soon, for instalation in our other vehicles etc…

This car stereo receiver is an awesome product!!!!! My husband’s car is an older model Toyota, so the technology was completely outdated, he has now entered the 21st century! I am so very in love with this product, you can listen to the fm radio channels you love, you don’t have to keep up with CD’s at all, it’s easy to link the bluetooth to answer your phone wile driving and talk completely hands free. We downloaded all of my husband’s favorite CD’S to an sd card and a thumb drive also so that it’s easy for him and no CD case at all. Now installation is very easy to do yourself you may just have to buy the little kit at Walmart for your particular car make and model as I have included in the picture. It lights up blue, which is nice when you are on a long trip. I love, love, love this product. If you have any questions I haven’t answered please feel free to ask.

The XO Vision XD107BT Car Stereo MP3/FM Receiver with Bluetooth is a huge step up from the past. I was always used to car stereos with cassette players or CD players. This is such a nice change from that. It is pretty simple to install providing you know what to do. It comes with just about everything you need. One thing I love about this is it eliminates the need for CDs. No more lugging around CD cases. Just use your smartphone, MP3 player, or SD card. How awesome is that! It uses Bluetooth to connect to your phone or other Bluetooth device. All I have to do is download my fave songs to my device or SD card and bring it with me. It also comes with a remote, which is ok to use as long as you are not driving. That can be a bit of a distraction. Just set it to what you want before you leave and you are golden. Not skipping songs due to bumps in the road, no cassette tapes being eaten by the tape deck. I highly recommend this receiver. I think it is a great product for anyone and I plan on buying one for my son’s car.

Used the XO Vision XD107BT Car Stereo MP3/FM Receiver with Bluetooth in our RV to replace an old stereo. It was fairly simple to hook up & very easy to get connected by Bluetooth. The unit had a pretty good sound and looks nice in the dash. Surely a product I am recommending. Looked at them in store And it has an affordable price. *Received free for testing purposes. Opinions are 100% my own.

  19. Kimberly

I recently received an XD107BT MP3 Player and FM Receiver by XO Vision. I installed this receiver as a replacement/upgrade in a used auto I was fixing up. If you have any mechanical aptitude, the installation of this receiver will be easy. Just make sure your unit is well grounded or you might get engine noise or static background noise during playback. Also keep in mind that the quality of sound during playback will also depend on the quality of your car speakers.

What attracted me to this unit was its inexpensive price and some of its features. You can play music from USB drive, an SD card or use the line in jack to connect an MP3 player or smartphone. You can also stream music wirelessly (Bluetooth) and use your car stereo as a speakerphone. I don’t text or talk on the phone while driving so I didn’t test this feature with my phone. The XD107BT also has 4 channel audio output, 18 station memory and a small pocket size remote control. The output power is rated at 4 x 20 max power or 48 watt RMS.

If you want an inexpensive car receiver with a few extra “bells and whistles” and decent sound quality then the XD107BT by XO Vision is an excellent choice.

  20. Jennifer

Let me start off by saying that this does not have a slot for CDs. I think I may be one of the last who use CDs and now this stereo has brought me into the modern age of bluetooth and memory sticks. So, yes, it can connect with a blue-tooth, a memory card, even a memory stick, USB port. What surprised me most about this stereo is that it comes with a remote!! It was totally unexpected!

The thing I dislike most and haven’t figured out how to work is to keep the display on the clock at all times. it keeps changing back to the radio station, but if that is the worst thing about this stereo, then I can easily live with it. The controls themselves are simple to use, while not as big as I would like they are still easy to navigate. The remote is handy and saves me from having to reach up to the dashboard.

If you don’t know much about installing radios then I recommend getting a professional to install it so you don’t break it. We intalled it in a 2001 Chevy Silverado and it fits just fine. We had to buy a plastic face plate thing to fill in the gap because the stereo is a rectangle and the space it went into was taller than the radio.

This little receiver is pretty simple to use once connected (correctly). I had someone “on the side” hook it up & it just didn’t seem right to me. I won’t even go into all the specifics of why but just know, it was not the route to go. I did it in the first place because I figured it was a very inexpensive unit, therefore not needing to spend far more on installation than the unit costs. Despite the dollar amounts of both unit & service, not a good idea to scrimp on professional work. So, I had to have it done by a licensed (up to date) mechanic. Obce done, things flowed rather easily. It’s very user friendly & pretty simplistic but technologically advanced enough to be with times of today. It has Bluetooth, music list/catalog & typical stereo option capabilities & a little remote. The remote is cool considering the cost & size of the unit. Wouldn’t’ve expected a remote for such a unit. Made me feel like (in my head) I’m with the in crowd now. Lol!!! That’s tells u how out of date I was with a system in a car. Either way, this works & it works just fine. Imagine if used with banging booming speakers……woooooo hunny. Yes, I’m old fashioned. But I still know good quality stuff & this is one of those things, also, this works with or without a bypass. At least it did for me & that I was told. I also was told most units of any kind do. I don’t know for sure. I always ask professionals first as I’m no mechanic or specialist with these items. I hope this helps even just a wee bit, 🙂

I am from the days of AM/FM Radio onto 8-Track onto cassette onto CD
and now this little jewel which has “no” AM, but supports FM, SD,
Bluetooth, and USB port. It is lightweight weighing 12.2oz on my scale.
    The dimensions are 7″Wide x 4.5″Deep x 1 7/8″Height. The brightness
of the screen in daylight is a little dim and could be brighter.
As for the working features, I stream music from my iphone using
Bluetooth and it worked 1st time I tried it. I can use it as a
speakerphone to answer my call, the music stops and when my call
is finished, it picks up where it left off. I have a old iPod I
plugged into the AUX-in which worked fine. I copied my music onto
a SD card and plugged into stereo and worked fine. I then copied
music onto a flashdrive and plugged it into USB port on stereo,
and it played music just fine. However, it will not charge your
phone using the built-in USB. The FM radio has 18 presets but does
not pick up all the local channels I am use to. I was surprised at
how loud the volume sounded when I cranked it up, impressive. It
does come with a remote control which I don’t use, but did try it
out and it worked. It has a loudness, equalizer, bass, treble controls.
It sports 20 watt x 4 output. The installation was fairly easy,
but a little time consuming doing the wiring.

This Stereo is Loaded and Years Best Buy!

This is a very nice stereo, unbeatable for the price, it works Amazingly Well and it’s loaded with tons of options!

I’m not a Bluetooth user but it’s great to have the option, this stereo has some serious power options! You can use your SD Card to listen to your favorite music, you USB Flash Drive Plugs in and works seamlessly. I use the flash drive personally and as well the Auxiliary cable to play all my favorite music from my iPhone!

I’ve been using ITunes for a long time, I downloaded all my music to my phone and use the auxiliary cable to listen in my car as well, it’s really convenient and straight up great, with all the options it’s hard to find a reason not to purchase this stereo, the FM radio works super good! The remote it comes with is a great benefit as well, this stereo has every option that a super high priced stereo would have and is just straight up loaded with every option, you just can’t miss on this one.

Overall: For the price of this stereo & all its options, as well as its looks, it’s literally a super good buy, and worth every penny! I highly recommend! Love it!

  25. Crystal

Was a little skeptical because I’ve never heard of this brand before but the stereo is awesome. It does everything but play a cd which doesn’t bother me because most times I plug in my phone & listen to music. Its wireless, has a aux port, sd port, and Bluetooth. You can even use your stereo like its a speakerphone which definitely comes in handy while driving.

  26. Douglas

The MP3 & FM Receiver by XD Vision is a very nice player. It is comparable with my iPhone so I can play music from my iTunes purchases as well as from Pandora radio in my car.. Besides using this with my phone, you can get your music from this on a USB drive or from your SD card. A huge plus for me was I could use this as a speakerphone…which requires Bluetooth ability. There is a USB connection in the front as well as a SD card slot. It has a 4 channel audio output and At least 15 station memory. It comes with a remote control and a wire for connecting. My husband installed it pretty easily. Our radio system was broken so this was a good replacement. The screen s bright and easy to read. It is very easy to operate and it does a good job. This isn’t a CD player so don’t think it has a cd slot. It doesn’t. This works with Android smart phones as well. Overall it is a good receiver and we are enjoying it. I would recommend this product to other people who are looking for a smartphone compatible device to be able to play music in their vehicles.

  27. Rachel

I have no complaints about this radio. Its very basic but has Bluetooth which is a good feature to have. It does the job just fine and looks nice. I would recommend to anyone looking for a simple radio that has Bluetooth feature.

  28. Christina

Picked this cause my radio is broke in my car. It comes, with a remote and can not wait to get,it hooked up. Will have to get my,brother to put it in for me. Not hooked up yet but cant wait to get it installed. Nice little, gift. Looks good. Posting pictures of how it comes in the box.

  29. Jane

I love this item. Easy to use, it is just what I wanted it. It makes my car looks modern and the bluetooth is the best !!

    I really recomend it.

  30. Janice

I come from the days of tape decks and am/fm, so I like the fact that this unit
is not limited to Bluetooth. You can still listen to radio broadcasts, play just about ANY device, via the line-in jack, USB and also friends can use their iPhones, et all… to play their stuff through this.
Soundwise, it all depends on the speakers you buy, which is a good thing. You can go budget or really high-end.

  31. George

I really like this stereo and it is definitely a significant improvement over my previous one. I did have a traditional CD AM/FM stereo in my car and it was starting to mess up frequently. I had actually been looking for another for a while and I wanted one that would play my iPod and cell phone’s music and this one came up on the reviewer selection so it was perfect. I love that I can play my cell phone/iPod music and can put an SD card into the slot and play a playlist from the massive amount of music on my computer as well. It plays amazingly well and I am very pleased with that part of it. Now, as for installation I was extremely pleased with that as well. It was very simple to remove my previous stereo and install this one and there was very little hassle. My husband did the bulk of the installation with my minimum assistance but honestly it could easily be installed by one person. Installation took very little time and we were using it in no time. It has a remote that comes in handy and has an 18 station memory as well. I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend to others!

  32. Teresa

    Everything works fine

  33. Adam

Yes, I wanted to stream Pandora off my iPhone via Bluetooth in my golf cart. This gem is perfect for that. Now I can rock and roll if I play good or listen to the blues if I hook/slice/lose all my balls. I hate having to drive home without any more balls in silence…

  34. Evelyn

This stereo was fairly easy is to install ( my son installed it) it came with the wire harness and tools. It also came with a remote control which works well with the unit. The blue tooth feature is great for when you’re out in the middle of nowhere without radio reception. I use my android phone to play pandora. The radio feature works fine when you’re within range. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do.

  35. Rachel

I received this product to review and I must say I was very excited about putting it to use. However, when My husband and son tried to put the XO Vision XD 107BT Bluetooth radio into our 2002 Mustang,it would not fit. We went to Walmart Automotive service department to see what we needed and I must say the sales associated was very helpful and knowledgeable. He recommended a mounting kit which that particular Walmart did not have.He also suggested grounding the wire to keep the radio from whining when it’s installed. The radio itself looks good and has a lot of features, but feels almost toy-like.Included in the box: Wire harness, remote, and tools. I really do think this is a great product for the price.

  36. Amanda

Even though this is labeled as a “single DIN” unit, somewhere it needs to be specified that the CHASSIS width is almost exactly 7 inches, not 6.75 inches like just about EVERY OTHER single DIN car stereo on the market. According to ISO 7736, single DIN is 180 mm wide which is pretty close to 7-1/8″. I believe that’s supposed to refer to the width of the face, NOT the chassis body, although the standard does not make it clear WHAT this 180 mm is supposed to refer to. Anyway, to make a long story short, this single DIN car stereo did not fit the bezel trim kit for my truck. Using a hack saw, I cut the plastic bezel piece so that it would support a 7″ unit. Not an ideal solution, but after installing the unit, my crude saw lines were hidden behind the face. The ISO standard should be updated to specify a chassis width in addition to the width of the face. This is VERY IMPORTANT when it comes to installation. Other than that, the unit performed well and is a great value for the money. I’d recommend it to anyone who’s willing to spend the additional time needed to install and who has the patience!! Photos are before I sawed so it’s possible to see what my problem was…

I am currently using this as a media bridge to amplify the audio from my computer to a set of low wattage speaker boxes i built.

It will eventually find its way to a car I am planning to purchase as I plan to use an iPad for audio and the xd107 will provide 4x20watts RMS to drive the speakers.

  38. Adam

I have an old beetle car that needed some updating! This receiver has all the bells and whistles I was looking for. It is Bluetooth! That being said I can plug my mp3 player into the receiver. My iPhone so I can listen to Pandora. The unit fir perfectly into the existing hole in the dash. Thank God! It’s approximately 2 1/2″ thick and 6 3/4″ long. The face plate is easy to see. All the radio station buttons are along the bottom of the unit and pre setting your favorite station is very easy. The usb port is located on the right side of the unit. I will enjoy cruising in my old bug listening to my new receiver!

  39. Susan

This stereo is slightly smaller and lighter then most car stereos. The bluetooth is great for safe use of your MP3 player or cellphone. With very few extras makes it an ideal for a beginning stereo for those who don’t want a lot of extras to manage. Easy to use.

  40. Kathleen

    Excellent little cheap car stereo

  41. Carolyn

Although item seams to be of very cheap material ($20 ) item does everything I want perfectly. It is very economical and since I have most of my favorite songs save to my phone it is a perfect choice. I give this item 4 stars.

  42. Diane

My husband liked it and would recommend it. Disclaimer…this particular radio was used for his golf cart. He would not recommend it in a vehicle because, he believes, it would not be able to last in a regular vehicle. He said he would also recommend It if you are making a cooler speaker for riding 4-wheelers or other ATVs. It is light and should withstand the use for that. All of that aside, he definitely recommends. Please note, it does not have a CD player. For some, this may be a deal breaker. For most…it shouldn’t be! Ha! There is a SD slot AND a USB port. Essentially, you can load music on a card or on a jump drive and have endless music. We tried two different jump dries and both worked perfectly. The display is bright and easy to view. There are lots of functions (buttons) on the radio in case you lose your remote. Oh, yes…you get a remote with this radio too. The buttons on the radio are labeled pretty well. Play, pause, etc…buttons are pretty cut and dry.

  43. John

I received this product to review and I was very excited about getting it installed and trying it out. Fortunately I had already had an aftermarket radio put into my 2003 Ford Explorer and the mounting kit that was there was able to be modified to make the XO Vision XD 107BT fit. This Bluetooth radio is an awesome product especially for being under $25.00.

    I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 for 2 reasons;
    1. The “instructions” that came with this item did not tell how to do anything. I even searched the internet including the companies website and could not find a manual with instructions. I had to figure out how to set the clock and to set the other features like BASS, TREBLE, BALANCE, FADE, etc.
    2. Because the remote did not work. I tried removing and replacing the battery but that didn’t help. I think all the features on the radio are able to be set manually without the remote so I probably don’t need it.

If you want AM radio, don’t buy this as it is FM only. It does have an MP3 player SD card slot and a USB port so you can even plug in music if you want to.

I love the fact that I can connect my smart phone via Bluetooth and listen to my own music or if I want to stream from Pandora. It’s fantastic to listen to tunes WIRELESSLY.

Love this product and I hope that it holds out for a while. My little video just shows you some of the features of this radio.

  44. Robert

This would be something for someone that mainly listens to music off their phones, ipods, Mp3 players. It does not take CD’s. Easy installment. Works great. easy to use. Compatible with all cell phones, iPod’s and Mp3 players. bright and simple display as well.

  45. Beverly

This is a pretty nice unit. It has a nice user interface, very user friendly to navigate controls, has nice base/treble and EQ controls. Radio reception isn’t the best for range. The lighting looks great, but it’s not bright enough in bright light conditions. It won’t stay on the clock, only about 10 seconds and reverts to station number, I would prefer it defaulted to clock unless you are changing channel. The mp3 player does save your position automatically so if you switch back to it from the radio it remembers where you left off. the amplifier sound quality is not the greatest, but for the price point it’s decent. Bluetooth works well with the little I have used it, and the unit being capable of reading sd cards and usb is another huge plus. No cd player, but who wants those pile of discs in the car to worry about getting warped, scratched and so on. I personally love using the sd card instead of the usb port, no stick sticking out to worry about bumping and breaking. There is a good way around that issue, I bought a 90 degree angle extension cable from ebay and it works great in my other car with a factory usb port for keeping the stick away from my storage area and safely stored away from everything. the rock EQ sound does sound better to me and works well to improve audio quality. You will need the proper harness for your personal vehicle to wire this up right, and be sure to ground to metal to eliminate any motor noise coming through your speakers. Improper grounding will cause this issue. Overall a good bang for the buck!

  46. Brandon

Car stereo works great. I’ve had it for 1 month now and no problems except I believe my Bluetooth is malfunctioning. It connects but sometimes won’t play. Best to get a warranty coverage for it. I did. So I can easily replace it for a new one. Other than that. Great product

  47. George

I’ve had this radio installed for only 5 days. So far it has worked perfectly, calls seem to be clear and the Bluetooth media works great it automatically connects to my phone everytime I get in, and all I have to do is push the play button on the radio and it automatically picks up on the last thing I was listening to on my phone. It was easy to install for me but I have installed several radios in vehicles since the 80s (yeah I’m old) but if you get the exact parts you need it is easy enough to install if you have a little common sense. The only problems I had was finding the right install kit because Chevrolet decided to be cute and make the 2001 to 2002, 2500HD radio with a specific mounting bracket and after 2 weeks of searching I only found 1 that fits.

  48. Kelly

Bought this unit because the price is good, and the things it does. I installed it I’m my truck which was very easy. Once I was done I’m very pleased.sounds good ,looks good, and very easy to use. I like it so much I’m buying another one to put in the wife’s car. This is a very nice unit. Well made also.

  49. Sharon

I like this unit a lot. It does all that I ask of it. My only complaint is that it seems to be motion activated. It won’t play audio until my vehicle moves. So, I can’t just turn the key on and jam out. I have to actually start my vehicle, back it up (then it’ll start playing), and turn it back off. Which isn’t really that big of a deal, but first world probs, ya know? All in all, I got a lot for my $18, so I’m happy & my wallet’s happy. And, I’m confident I’ll get my money’s worth out of the unit, but only time will tell.
